Allan Beach is a former partner of one of Canada’s largest and oldest law firms, with over 30 years of experience emphasizing mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, tax advantaged structures and general corporate finance.  Allan holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Waterloo and an LL.B. from the University of Toronto.
